Electric Mooring winch
Marine winch is a light and small lifting equipment (see lifting machinery) that uses a drum to wind a steel wire rope or chain to lift or tow heavy objects, also known as a winch. Winches can be used alone or as components of machinery such as lifting, road construction, and mine hoisting. They are widely used due to their simple operation, large rope winding capacity, and convenient relocation. There are two types of winches: manual and electric. The transmission mechanism of the handle rotation of the manual winch is equipped with a stopper (ratchet and pawl), which can keep the weight in the desired position. Manual winches used for assembling or lifting heavy objects should also be equipped with safety handles and brakes. Manual winches are generally used in places with low lifting capacity, poor facility conditions, or no power supply. Electric winches are widely used in places with heavy work and high traction requirements. The electric motor of the single drum electric winch (as shown in the picture) drives the drum through a reducer, and a brake is installed between the electric motor and the input shaft of the reducer. To meet the needs of lifting, traction, and rotation operations, there are also winches with dual and multi drum devices. Wanlida has a professional design team that develops and manufactures marine thrusters and deck machinery equipment. The products have the characteristics of stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, and simple operation. The company has passed the quality system certification and has been recognized by domestic and foreign classification societies such as CCS in China, BV in France, LR in the UK, GL in Germany, ABS in the US, RINA in Italy, DNV in Norway, NK in Japan, etc. For more information, please feel free to contact us: tina@wealidacn.com
